Service Description

Bebewish is a baby registry platform that allows parents to create gift wishlists using Shopee product links. Guests can view registries and claim items without creating an account.

User Accounts

To create a registry, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Guest Usage

Guests can view public registries and claim items without creating an account. When claiming an item, guests provide their name and an optional message. This information is visible to the registry owner.

User Responsibilities

By using Bebewish, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your registries
• Only add valid Shopee product links
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service

Intellectual Property

The Bebewish name, logo, and service design are our property. Product information displayed from Shopee belongs to their respective owners. You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Bebewish is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of product information scraped from Shopee
• Transactions between registry owners and gift-givers
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of our service
• Service interruptions or data loss

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your registries or request account deletion at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
